Thank you for considering dining at Kenny Hills Bistro. Before you proceed in making your reservation, kindly read through our Reservation Terms & Conditions outlined below. Should you have any further queries or special requests ahead of your visit, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Please note that apart from your email address, your contact number must also be provided upon making a reservation, as this would give us an alternative mode of contact. 

Reservation Policy

For reservations with groups of more than six (6) persons, a deposit of  MYR100 is required. The deposit will be deducted from the final amount on your bill. 

To allow all our guests to experience Kenny Hills Bistro, each table has a dining limit of (2) hours. Should you wish to spend more than 2 hours at our bistro, feel free to contact us  and if we try our best to accommodate you. 

We kindly ask that you and your party are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation to ensure the best dining experience to all our guests. If you are running late, kindly notify us by telephone at your earliest convenience. Your table will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes after which the reservation will be allocated to another guest or to our waitlist guests. 

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of  24 hours notice for every cancellation. For groups of six (6) persons and above, a cancellation charge of MYR50 per person will be imposed if the cancellation notice is less than four (4) hours. Additionally, if reservations for a group of more than six (6) persons is a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. 

Table Allocation

Due to the high number of requests and reservations, table selection will be limited to indoor or outdoor seating. While we cannot guarantee a specific table, contact us if you have a special request and we will do our best to accommodate it. 

Food Safety and Allergens

We do not allow outside food or beverage to be consumed in our premises. However, this excludes celebratory cakes so please refer below or check with our floor hosts on our Cakeage fees. If you would like to order a cake from our sister brand, Kenny Hills Bakers, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Kindly click on this link to make your order.

You can look through the menu online at kennyhillsbistro.com/menu. We will do our very best to cater to most dietary requirements however, please refer to the allergen labels in our menu when choosing your dish. This ensures that we can take all reasonable precautions to avoid cross-contamination. We will gladly address any requests for further information regarding allergens in our menu prior to your visit. All our floor hosts, bakers and chefs are fully trained so feel free to ask them any questions! 

Corkage

We offer carefully selected and curated wine, champagne, beer and signature cocktail. Our team is always happy to discuss your drink selection when you dine. Should you wish to bring your own bottle for a special occasion, our corkage fee is as below:

For any purchase of our 750ml bottles from the menu either red, white, sparkling or champagne, we will waive the equivalent number of the corkage fees.

Cakeage

We charge a cakeage fee of MYR55++ per cake. Alternatively, you may pre-order a whole cake from our sister brand, Kenny Hills Bakers, for which the cakeage fee will be waived.  If you would like to place an order for a whole cake for your celebrations, please notify our staff when making a reservation. Decorations 

Decorations around the restaurant are prohibited as this will disrupt the dining experience of other guests. However, simple table decorations such as flowers, centrepieces or balloons are allowed.
